Your Event manager coordinates and forwards your utility needs to the appropriate departments (i.e. Electrical, Engineering, and Telecommunications) to ensure that your requirements are processed in a timely and cost-effective manner. All show management utility orders (except exhibitors orders) should be included with your event information to your Event Manager. Your event manager works closely with Facility Services to coordinate your needs.
